I actually really like the jacket but the sizing charts are off. The one added to the photos showed I'd definitely be within the XS range so I ordered it and could barely squeeze into it. I messaged them about it and was told I should get a medium based on my hip... but I am within that measurement as well for xs. She knows her product so I did trust her. I got the medium and it's a tad big but since it has the cinch waist, I'll absolutely wear it. The biggest issue with it is the arms. They were incredibly tight on the xs. I couldn't even move my arms. The medium is perfect. Im super petite and order xs in everything so having to go up to a medium was weird. I'd say absolutely size up and if your arms are bigger, size up 2. Apparently my arms are jacked lol. The customer service was absolutely fantastic though. I'd give 5 stars for that!!

Love the fit so much. I can cinch the waist for a fitted look with just a tee under or loosen to layer a hoodie instead *chefs kiss*. It covers my bum, the arms nice and long and it gets better with wear. What more could you as for!

Absolutely love this jacket! Its really soft and so comfortable, Im size 16/18 and ordered size 3XL and its a little big but I will be able to fit cozy sweaters under it. If your unsure of size I recommend sizing up. Super fast shipping! I highly recommend this jacket, you will not be disappointed

I love love this jacket, it’s super cute, fits perfect, love the long sleeves with the ribbed cuffs. I stayed within the size chart and am super happy. I chopped off the back strings because I didn’t have any use for them. It’s still too warm here for a jacket but I’m excited to wear it. I’ll add a pic when I get a chance to snap one :)

I just received my new jacket today! I love the style and the weight of it. I'm a 2X and I ordered a 3X. I do like how it fits through the chest and body- the only thing is the upper arms are slightly tight and I don't think I'll be able to wear anything but a tee under it. Also I found the 3x arms to be a bit long (I'm 5'7) . I might have just gone for the 2x in hindsight. (not sure if anything changes in the arms between the two sizes) It's a nice jacket so if you are on the fence go for it!
