Shipping & Return Policy

SHIPPING:

Orders will ship within 3 business days.

Shipping Protection (Optional $3.25):
We recommend adding Shipping Protection before checkout to receive full coverage for lost or damaged packages. If Shipping Protection is not added to your order, Blended Thread Clothing is not responsible for packages once they've been handed over to the carrier.

Canada Shipping:

Standard Shipping Canada Post/Canpar - $10

Express Courier Fedex/UPS/Purolator/Canpar - $16

United States Shipping:

Canada Post/USPS Standard International - $20 CAD

Fedex Express - $34 CAD

All orders to United States, tariffs/duties/brokerage are included in the shipping fee and are pre paid by Blended Thread Inc. 

If for whatever reason a package is returned to sender or refused, any applicable fees charged to us - Blended Thread Clothing, will be reduced from the order amount before store credit.

RETURNS:

To initiate a return on any order, please email our customer service info@blendedthreadclothing.com

 

  • Any international returns are responsible for any duties possibly charged on return packages.
  • Items can be returned for store credit only within 15 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must still have original tags attached, be unworn & unwashed.
  • Any item with pet hair/perfume/body odour/smoke smell will not be accepted for return.  If this happens, we will reach out for you to pay return shipping to you.
  • Undergarments, earrings & headwear (hats/beanies) are a final sale due to hygiene reasons.
  • Any items that have been washed cannot be returned
  • All sale items are a final sale.
  • All items in the Seconds collection are a final sale.
  • All gift cards are non refundable/final sale.
  • Any return shipping costs are at your own expense.  
  • Store credit will be issued within 2 business days of receiving the item back to us in original condition.

Damaged Items:

We thoroughly inspect items before shipping but in the event that you do have a damaged item, please let us know within 15 days of receiving your order to issue a replacement or refund by emailing info@blendedthreadclothing.com. Damages caused by washing/opening/unpacking/removing stickers/hang tags will not be accepted.
