Return Policy

• Items can be returned for store credit only within 15 days of receiving your order.
• Items must still have original tags attached, be unworn & unwashed.
• Any item with pet hair/perfume/body odour/smoke smell will not be accepted for return.  If this happens, we will reach out for you to pay return shipping to you.
• Undergarments, earrings & headwear (hats/beanies) are a final sale due to hygiene reasons.
• All sale items are a final sale.
• All items in the Seconds collection are a final sale.
• All gift cards are non refundable/final sale.
• Any return shipping costs are at your own expense.  
• Store credit will be issued within 2 business days of receiving the item back to us in original condition.
• Any international returns are responsible for any duties possibly charged on return packages.
• Any added fees for orders leaving Canada (tariffs/taxes/brokerage fees) are the responsibility of the customer.
  
• If for whatever reason a package is returned to sender or refused, any applicable fees charged to us - Blended Thread Clothing, will be reduced from the order amount before store credit.

 

Damaged Items:

We thoroughly inspect items before shipping but in the event that you do have a damaged item, please let us know within 15 days of receiving your order to issue a replacement or refund by email info@blendedthreadclothing.com or through our contact us form. Damages caused by opening/unpacking/removing stickers/hang tags will not be accepted.
