• Any international returns are responsible for any duties possibly charged on return packages.
• Any added fees for orders leaving Canada (tariffs/taxes/brokerage fees) are the responsibility of the customer.

All parcels have a default $100 Insurance coverage. If you wish to have coverage on orders over this amount, please reach out to customer service. If parcels are lost or damaged by postal services, Blended Thread Clothing will cover the amount the parcel had for coverage when shipping.
